Merrily Weisbord, Writer's Trust nominee

Weisbord - Love Queen of MalabarMerrily Weisbord's The Love Queen of Malabar has been nominated for a Writer's Trust Non-Fiction Prize. Merrily is an award-winning author, film-maker and broadcaster.  The Love Queen of Malabar is a memoir of her friendship with Kamala Das, a world renowned writer. Her book is set to be released on October 1st, and the Writer's Trust awards will be announced November 2nd. Congratulations Merrily!
